As a Physical Therapist Technician, it is my responsibility to assist our physical therapists and physical therapist assistants at Our Lady of the Lake's orthopedic plaza. I am responsible for patient interactions, chart keeping, and overall upkeep of the clinic. We were expected to greet patients, check on the progression of their injury and their satisfaction with their at-home exercise program, lead them through their daily therapy and explain progressions in their exercises, finalize their appointment and keep accurate records in respective patient charts.
